Please take the time to download the newsletter to review the information inside.  Our design team is in the process of adding a large amount of new features to the application before the end of the year. Some of these features include a Report Writing tool, an Excel interface to pull/push data from the application and improved user navigation for basic users to add more data on a single page. Following a design overhaul, our application is more user friendly than ever before. After surveying the needs of our clients, we have adjusted the user interface for more intuitive use. Users are now able to add new accounts, personnel, line items and text information to the operating budget on a single page. Administrators are now able to edit existing information to large amounts of data at a single time without having to navigate to individual records. We are continuing to improve our application with each passing day and expect to have all design improvements completed by the end of the month.

 Fletcher & Fletcher is happy to announce that Kansas City, Kansas Unified Government has selected our budget application to meet their budgeting needs. Our company expects to streamline the implementation process thanks to our built-in interface with the Cayenta ERP system. We hope that our work with them will continue the long outstanding relationship we have had with them into the future.

 Fletcher & Fletcher is happy to announce Highlands County, NC will be implementing our web-based budgeting application. Highlands County viewed a demonstration of our application and decided it would be perfect to replace the client-server version of our budget application. We look forward to working with Highlands County to meet all their budgeting needs.

 Over the past few months, our developers have been working to add new tools to the application so its easier for administrators to track and analyze the budget process. Some of these features include:

         Charts - each business unit includes pie and bar charts to visualize the expenditure and revenue data

         Audit Trail - track all changes made by users, when, where and what the changes were

         Calendar - enter all events and appointments associated with the budget process

         E-mail Notifications - send e-mail notifications to all users about any relevant budget information 

 Fletcher & Fletcher is happy to announce our client City of Sarasota, FL will be converting to our web-based budgeting application. City of Sarasota has been a client for over 10 years, utilizing the client-server version of our application. Upon viewing the improvements made to our application within a web-based environment it was an easy decision to select our company to provide them with a more up-to-date method to improve their budget process.
